NAI Hiffman represents AEW Capital Management, L.P. in two lease transactions

BOLINGBROOK & FRANKLIN PARK, IL (May 2, 2017) – NAI Hiffman announced today that Dan Leahy, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, represented institutional owner, AEW Capital Management L.P. (AEW), in two recent lease transactions.

In Franklin Park, Dealer Tire renewed its existing 118,235-square-foot lease at 3708 River Road. Dealer Tire, a service-based company supporting tire manufacturers and dealers has been a tenant at the asset since 2007. Dealer Tire was represented by Tom Walrich of Lee & Associates – Dallas.

Additionally, Leahy represented AEW in its recent lease transaction with Crane Nuclear in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Crane Nuclear, a leading provider of valves and related services for domestic and international nuclear power plants, will occupy 53,720-square-feet at the 860 Remington Boulevard. Crane Nuclear was represented by Jason West of Cushman & Wakefield.
