NAI Hiffman’s Gary represents Tibor Machine Products in Bridgeview

BRIDGEVIEW, IL (May 2, 2017) NAI Hiffman recently represented contract machining leader, Tibor Machine Products, in the long-term lease renewal of its headquarters at 7400 West 100th Place in Bridgeview, Illinois. The building, owned by ML Realty Partners, features heavy power, ample parking, and excellent access to I-294.

“We are pleased to renew our lease and continue our growth in the south suburbs,” said Mark Lindemulder, president of Tibor Machine Products. “Our Bridgeview facility provides us with a strong workforce, access to major highways, and most importantly, a factory layout that supports production efficiency.” 

Chris Gary, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, represented Tibor Machine Products in the transaction. This is Gary’s third time representing Tibor Machine Products.
