NAI Hiffman assists in sale of industrial building in the O’Hare market

SCHILLER PARK, IL (January 24, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce the recent sale of 9525 River Street in Schiller Park.
 
Murat Cable LLC, Turkey’s leading independent manufacturer of automotive and battery cables, purchased the 17,600-square-foot property from Spell Capital Partners, LLC in an effort to expand its customer base in North America. 
 
NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President, Joe Bronson, Vice President Jay Maher, and Associate, Josh Will, represented the seller, Spell Capital Partners, LLC, in the sale. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Thomas Gath represented the tenant, Murat Cable LLC in its acquisition.
 
Comprised of 3,000 square feet of office space, 9525 River Street is conveniently located just east of O’Hare Airport, in Chicago’s booming O’Hare submarket. Murat Cable LLC will benefit from the building’s convenient access to I-294 and I-90, as well as the area’s various transportation channels.
