Whitehead and Johnson assist in Midwest Industrial sale

Oak Brook, IL –  March 21, 2018 – Midwest Industrial Funds recently sold a 47,000 SF multi-tenant flex building located at 1600 Shore Road, Naperville, IL.  The property features 110+ car parking with both dock high and grade level loading in many of the spaces.  Midwest Industrial completed substantial renovations and leasing of the property in 2016 and 2017.  The building was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
