CenterPoint Properties sells 152,859-square-foot industrial building

NAI Hiffman represented CenterPoint Properties in the sale of its 152,859-square-foot industrial building to Tri-Ring American Corp.

The building is located at 820 Frontenac Road in Naperville, situated on 11.55 acres of land just north of North Aurora Road. Tri-Ring American Corp., a manufacturer of automotive components, will use the property for its distribution facility.

Eric Tresslar, executive vice president, Joe Bronson, senior vice president, and Kyle Barrett, associate, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented CenterPoint Properties in the transaction. Jeff Gilbert of Wagener Equities represented Tri-Ring.
