11th annual CIP Industrial Summit

On Thursday, April 24th, Chicago Industrial Properties’ 11th annual CIP Industrial Summit was held at the Crowne Plaza Chicago (O’Hare), covering the state of the market, financing and investment trends in the market place, and the comeback of development. The event consisted of four panel discussions, three of which are summarized below. 

Chris Gary, Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group participated a one-on-one conversation, while Adam Roth, Executive Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group and Industrial Services Director of NAI Global Logistics, participated in the “State of the Market” panel.
