PECO Pallet Leases 194,880 SF in Chicago

PECO Pallet, a North American leader in wooden pallet rentals, leased 194,880 square feet in the industrial building at 2924 E. 126th St. in Chicago. 

Located in the Chicago Manufacturing Campus, the building totals 384,000 square feet and sits on 20.38 acres. It features 32 loading docks, 32’clear height, crane service, and access to the Calumet River, according to CoStar information. 

PECO Pallet intends to utilize the facility for the re-manufacturing and distribution of pallets. The remaining space in the building is available for lease. 

Chris Gary and Howard Bergdoll of NAI Hiffman represented ownership in the transaction. Jeffrey Heymann of Colliers International represented PECO Pallet.
