NAI Hiffman represents Proviso Partners and Diversified Entities in new 75,200 SF lease

NAI Hiffman represented the landlord and tenant in a recent transaction in Berkeley, Illinois. Proviso Partners, LLC signed a new lease with the tenant, Diversified Entities, LLC, for 75,200 square feet of industrial space at 5600 Proviso Drive. The 218,749-square-foot building is located near the I-294 and St. Charles Road four-way interchange. Diversified Entities chose the building for its proximity to the Union Pacific Global II intermodal terminal in Northlake and plans to utilize the space for bulk commodity storage.

Joe Bronson, SIOR, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, and Colin Green and Larry Goldwasser of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Proviso Partners, LLC in the transaction.  John Cash, David Haigh and Adam Naparsteck also with NAI Hiffman, represented Diversified Entities.
