JSQ Commercial signs PD Rehab to Addison property

NAI Hiffman recently represented Hinsdale-based JSQ Commercial in its new lease with PD Rehab, Inc. for 3,452 square feet of office space at 2055 West Army Trail Road in Addison.

The space is within a 116,583-square-foot flex building in Centerwest Business Park, directly off of the I-355 and Army Trail Road four-way interchange. 2055 Army Trail currently has 22,811 square feet available for lease.

Dan O’Neill, executive vice president, and Matt Novak, associate, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented JSQ Centerwest in the transaction. Todd Trawinski with Prudential Rubloff represented PD Rehab.
