NAI Hiffman continues leasing momentum at Washington Commons in Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL (June 8, 2016) – NAI Hiffman’s Dan O’Neill represented ownership of Washington Commons in 6 new transactions representing more than 8,000 square feet of office space at 450-900 East Diehl Road in Naperville, Illinois. These transactions follow robust leasing activity earlier in the spring when 14 transactions were announced as closed.
 
New tenants joining the 250,000 square foot office complex include NVR Tittle Agency, taking 1,081 square feet of office space. Prepay Nation also joined the growing roster of tenants signing a lease for 909 square feet and was represented by Tyfani Kennedy of Ryan Hill Homes. 
 
Recent renewal transactions include Hettich Financing Solutions leasing 1,244 square feet, represented by David Phillips of Advocate Financial. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services renewed its 817 square foot space and was represented by Dan Arends of Colliers. Hengli America and Alliance Marketing renewed its 2,414 square foot and 2,089 square spaces, respectively. 
 
Dan O’Neill represented ownership in all transactions. Current availabilities at the office park range in size from 2,000 to 8,600 square feet.
