NAI Hiffman represents Deen Investments in new 12,171 SF lease

First Student, a transportation company that provides safe, reliable and cost-effective transportation services to school districts, is relocating to 1717 Park Street in Naperville, Illinois. Deen Investments is currently in the process of adding highly desired tenant amenities and renovating common areas at the building.

Pat Kiefer, Executive Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented the owner, Deen Investments, in the 12,171-square-foot transaction. Kevin Rogers, Executive Vice President at JLL, represented First Student.
