TA Associates expands lease with existing tenant

NAI Hiffman has represented TA Associates Realty in expanding their lease with existing tenant, Gamma Technologies. Gamma Technologies will expand its office space by 5,320 square feet and extend the lease term on the remaining 13,291 square feet at Oakmont Circle in Westmont. The 117,738-square-foot building located at 601 Oakmont Lane is owned by TA Associates Realty and managed by NAI Hiffman.

Jim Adler, executive vice president of NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented TA Associates in the transaction. Sven Sykes and Rick Morris of Colliers International represented Gamma Technologies.
