NAI Hiffman, one of the nation’s largest independent real estate services companies, today announced it represented Prologis in the full-building lease of a 120,985-square-foot distribution facility at 951 W. Thorndale Ave. in Bensenville, Illinois.

NAI Hiffman Vice President Paddy Dwyer, Executive Vice President Joe Bronson and Associate Broker Pat Clifford represented Prologis in the lease to BDK Express, a trucking and logistics company.

The Class B distribution center features 24-foot clear heights, 20 loading docks and immediate access to Interstate 390, with convenient connectivity to Illinois Route 83 and Interstates 290 and 355. The property also offers proximity to O’Hare International Airport, providing efficient regional and national transportation access for logistics and distribution operations.

The lease comes amid increased activity in the O’Hare industrial submarket, which led all Chicago-area submarkets in new-lease deal velocity during the second quarter, with 37 transactions, according to NAI Hiffman’s Q2 2026 Industrial Market Report. O’Hare recorded approximately 1.8 million square feet of new leasing activity during the quarter, more than double the 887,228 square feet recorded in second-quarter 2025, while first-half leasing increased nearly 50% year over year from 1.82 million square feet to 2.7 million square feet. Vacancy remained relatively stable at 5% as of June 30.
