On the Level: Covenant Trust Office Relocation & Buildout

Covenant Trust Company is a values-based investment advisory firm serving families and institutions with a full suite of trust capabilities, including investing, planning, trustee services and guidance. The company sought a new open office solution and turned to NAI Hiffman’s Perry Higa to assist with their property search. Perry’s process led them to Chicago’s Board of Trade building, and he helped assemble a team to execute the move and buildout of the new office space. Hiffman’s Project Services Team, led by Tom Murphy and Ariadne Kerekes, oversaw the buildout alongside Ware Malcomb Architects and TW Chicago.
