Dan Leahy is an executive vice president and partner at NAI Hiffman, specializing in assisting industrial users and owners with real estate strategy and implementation. He is also a founding member and managing director of NAI Global Logistics. In 2025, Leahy handled nearly 6.6 million square feet in deals.
Notable highlights included brokering a 977,145-square-foot lease for RJW Logistics at CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Joliet, IL, totaling $79.7 million in transaction volume. Leahy also handled a 546,433-square-foot lease valued at $6.7 million for KeHe Distributors at LINK Logistics’ facility in Romeoville, IL and spearheaded Elogistics Service Corp.’s 408,176-square-foot lease with the Opus Group’s Tollway Center in North Aurora, IL, a deal valued at $21.9 million.
