Hiffman Deals Rank Among Top Third Quarter Transactions

CoStar Research released its quarterly recap of significant industrial lease transactions. Third quarter 2022 winners of the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards included:

Deal Type: New Lease
Tenant: Midwest Warehouse
Brokers: Daniel Leahy and Kevin Cooney of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord; Brian Kling and Reed Adler of Colliers represented the tenant
Deal Commentary: The Opus Group scored a tenant in July for the speculative warehouse it completed earlier this year within the Tollway Corporate Center in North Aurora. Midwest Warehouse leased the entire 543,638 square-foot complex, also known as Building B, and took occupancy in September.

Space Leased: 115,924 SF
Deal Type: New Lease
Tenant: OMG
Brokers: Eric Tresslar, Mike Freitag and Kelly Disser of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord
Deal Commentary: OMG Inc., a manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance products for the commercial roofing industry, signed a lease to take over 760 E North Ave. in Glendale Heights. Building owner ML Realty Partners developed the distribution on speculation in 2020 near Interstate 355. OMG is the first tenant to occupy the building.
