Hiffman Earns 2025 Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces Honor

On Thursday, November 7th, The Chicago Tribune hosted an awards ceremony for the recipients of their 2025 Top Workplace awards. Hiffman was a recipient of Top Workplace honors, ranking 5th among similar-sized companies with 250-999 employees in Chicago.

This marks Hiffman’s 12th time earning the designation since the company’s first win in 2013. Combined with the 2018 Crain’s Best Places to Work win (and various other awards over the years), Hiffman has compiled a nice trophy shelf with 13 consecutive years earning a ‘top workplaces’ distinction; however, the hardware is far less significant than the achievements they represent. The award was due in a large part to the level of participation and feedback contributed by nearly 90% of Hiffman employees who responded to the Top Workplaces survey.
