It was great to stop in to visit with Rick Ahern of Cast Aluminum Solutions (pre #socialdistancing) and see their second facility operational. In addition to its 60,000 sf HQ facility nearby, this facility will be home to research and development personnel, and serve as a showroom for their customers around the globe. From our initial meeting in Fall 2017, lease execution in 2018, followed by five months of interior buildout, CAS is off to the races with machines in their high-image, specialized manufacturing facility in Batavia!

The day you get a deal across the finish line is always a good one, but the best transactions are those that you enjoy throughout the entire process, from start to finish.
