An ambitious renovation plan executed through a trusted partnership between building Ownership and the Hiffman National management team is leading to success at The Westwood office property in Lisle, Illinois.

When Ownership sought to upgrade their amenities and common areas to inject energy into their suburban office campus located at 2441 and 2443 Warrenville Road in Lisle, they partnered with the management team on the planning and execution of $6 million in improvements. The projects included revitalized common areas and tenant lounges, stunning new locker room facilities, a new conference center, café and more. The seamless Ownership/Management collaboration resulted in a vibrant new environment, and the new aesthetics and amenity upgrade has bolstered tenant satisfaction and led to leasing success. The property has welcomed ten new tenants and experienced 108,121 SF in new leases, an impressive burst of activity in a challenging office market.
