The Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that NAI Hiffman’s Sarah Cannella is the recipient of the Chamber’s Rising Star Award, given to under-40 individuals who display leadership in innovation, research, professional development, and community impact.

As Operations Manager, Sarah is responsible for leading operations for the firm’s Property Management platform as well as all process training and improvements for the management team. She is involved in every new business pitch, preparing content and speaking to the technological tools. She assists in the development of new hires, with her attention to detail and ability to connect with employees making her a natural fit for this role. Sarah co-directs NAI Hiffman’s culture committee, arranging volunteers for events and assisting in finding creative ways to raise funds for causes throughout the year.

Sarah’s peers share, “Sarah exemplifies what every company is ultimately seeking — Loyalty, Integrity, Creativity, Energy, Commitment, Big Picture Thinking, Innovation, Optimism and a Can-Do attitude, no matter the size or scope of the task. She is unafraid to ask why, how, when, where and then set about over-achieving towards whatever conclusion is the right one.” Congrats, Sarah!
