NAI Hiffman Executive Vice Presidents – Industrial Services, John Whitehead and Jack Brennan represented the landlord, TradeLane Properties on a lease agreement for Nova Medical Products at 410 Smoke Tree Plaza in North Aurora, a development slated for a Q2 2024 delivery.

“It was a pleasure to represent TradeLane Properties and Phelan Development in its lease negotiation with Nova Medical Products,” said Brennan. “TradeLane and Phelan have been long-time clients of the firm and it’s been great to strengthen our relationship with them, while kicking off this exciting project with a lead Tenant such as Nova. Nova is exactly the type of operator NAI Hiffman and TradeLane envisioned occupying space when planning this development in 2021. We’d like to thank cooperating brokers John Cassidy and Ken Franzese with Lee & Associates for their efforts in getting this done. We are excited to welcome Nova to Park 88, the Village of North Aurora, and we look forward to continued pre-leasing momentum in the park.”

“Park 88 is a best-in-class logistics park that was designed with tenants like Nova Medical Products in mind,” said TradeLane Vice President, leasing and acquisitions, Brendan Sheahan. “We are happy to welcome Nova as our newest customer and look forward to building our relationship at Park 88. TradeLane Properties and Phelan Development would like to thank John Cassidy and Ken Franzese for entrusting us with their long-time client as well as Jack Brennan and John Whitehead for their ongoing efforts in leasing at the park.”

The 91,956 square foot space is part of a 165,928 square foot building located in the Park 88 Logistics Center with immediate access to I-88 via Route 31.
