Women at Hiffman

Hiffman celebrates the diversity, strength and leadership of women today and every day, within our company and around the world. Women at Hiffman hold key positions at all levels and continually strengthen and advance our organization. We have 107 Female Employees – that means half of all Hiffman professionals are women – and during the pandemic we have added 21 women across Brokerage, Marketing, Management Services, Accounting and Operations. We represent a diverse group of women with backgrounds, interests, and achievements to be proud of and celebrate our uniqueness and strengths.
