NAI Hiffman promotes John Whitehead to Senior Vice President

John Whitehead has been in the commercial real estate industry for 11 years, beginning with a three-year stint at The Staubach Company, exclusively representing industrial tenants. In 2008, John joined NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, specializing in representing industrial property owners, tenants and buyers in the greater Chicagoland area. His primary areas of focus include tenants and owners in the I-88, I-55, I-80, Central DuPage & Fox Valley suburban industrial markets.

In his career, John has completed more than 140 transactions, totaling more than 4,750,000 square feet and $160,000,000 in value. Some of John’s clients include: Silgan, COM2 Recycling Solutions, Cadence Premier Logistics, and ML Realty, among others. John’s most notable recent transaction includes working with Cadence Premier Logistics in securing a 45-acre land site in Joliet, IL. He then assisted Cadence in negotiating with the Ryan Companies for the build-to-suit of a 122,000-square-foot corporate headquarters facility, inclusive of 40,000 square feet of two-story office and more than 450 trailer parking positions.
