The City of Valparaiso Redevelopment Commission recently sold a 123,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility to AM Stabilizers Corporation, a global supplier of high-quality liquid and powder heat stabilizers. Chris Gary, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented both sides of the transaction. The building, located at 705 Silhavy Road in Valparaiso, Indiana, was originally designed as a beverage distribution facility and retains features like heavy power, wide bays and a well-maintained floor with drains.
