NAI Hiffman represents ROC Inc. in 8,820-square-foot Naperville lease

NAI Hiffman represented ROC Inc., a real estate investment, development and construction services company, in signing K. Hovnanian T&C Homes to 8,820 square feet of office space at One Naperville Plaza in Naperville. The new tenant, a publicly traded home builder, plans to use the space for its regional office.

One Naperville Plaza is a multi-story 54,109-square-foot building located at 1804 N. Naper Boulevard, just south of I-88. The property is fully renovated, offering custom designed spaces; available spaces range from 3,282 to 4,260 square feet. Property highlights include abundant parking, a high-profile corner location and close proximity to restaurants, shops and other businesses.
