Clyde’s Donuts, a 101-year-old privately-held, family owned business, sought to expand their production and distribution capabilities. They engaged our team to advise and assist the entire site evaluation and selection process.
This project is the ultimate example of a consultative process. Our clients were seeking a road map to identify “where in the United States is the optimal location to building the future of our company”. Our team negotiate and executed a build-to-suit lease transaction for the new state-of-the-art facility which will enable continued growth and a prosperous future for Clyde’s Donuts.
