Hiffman National Completes Southern California Building Façade Replacement

When veneer tiles on the building façade became a safety concern on a medical building in Southern California, building ownership engaged Hiffman National Project Services to diagnose the cause and facilitate the design and resolution to replace the failing exterior. Hiffman worked with local utility and telecom providers to relocate equipment and facilitate safe access to the building’s elevations.

Construction was implemented in three phases to minimize disruptions to the building’s occupants and visitors.

After seven months of active construction, the $24/RSF project was completed on time and budget, improving energy efficiency by boosting the overall R-Value by 3.
